Training and new jobs will be a key factor in the success of the proposed Project and our stakeholders will identify specific skills and expertise (engineering, customer services, computer skills, etc) work to develop a plan for human resources to be incorporated into the project structure.
Corporate social responsibility and effective communication with end consumers and with the informal water market is agreed by the parties to be an important factor in the future success of the proposed Project.
Working with specialists in the location, the British side will seek to prepare practical programmes aimed at securing and maintaining public support.
